Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm. Storm and emergency calls are answered outside those hours. Between about 7 and 8 in the morning you will usually get Denise. After that it depends who is nearest a phone.
What to have ready: the address, roughly when the house was built, and what made you call. If it is storm related, it helps to know whether you have already filed and whether an adjuster has been out.

Northeast Springfield, off Chestnut Expressway a couple of minutes from the US-65 interchange. It is a working yard rather than a showroom, so ring before you come by, but the address is real and the sign is on the building.

How quickly we respond
- Active leak or storm emergency: we aim to be there same day or next morning, and we will tell you honestly on the phone if we cannot.
- Free inspection: currently about a week out. It was three days before April and it will be again.
- Written estimate after an inspection: within two business days, itemised.
- Certificate of liability insurance: emailed the same day you ask, usually within the hour.
Checking us out before you ring
Missouri does not license roofers at state level, so "licensed" on a website means nothing on its own. The City of Springfield does license contractors, and you can confirm our licence, insurance and bonding through the city’s business licence search or by calling the licence office on 417-864-1617. We would genuinely rather you did that before you called us than after.
