Where We Roof

Springfield first, then out about forty-five minutes in every direction. No travel surcharge inside the service area. Each town below has its own page, its own April hail measurement and its own permit jurisdiction.

Towns with their own page

The hail column is what the National Weather Service actually measured on April 28, 2026, not an estimate. It is the single most useful thing on this page, because it explains why one town is having whole-roof conversations and the town fifteen miles south is not.

Also covered, no page of their own

We work these regularly, they just do not have enough going on to justify their own page. Ring anyway.

Springfield itself

Which is most of what we do, and it does not have a separate page because the whole site is about it. Inside city limits we work everywhere: Rountree, Phelps Grove, University Heights, Galloway, Brentwood, Southern Hills, Doling, Grant Beach, Woodland Heights, the Kearney Street corridor, and out along West Bypass and Chestnut Expressway on the commercial side. Reroofing inside the city requires a permit through Building Development Services, and we pull it.

Three jurisdictions, which matters more than you would think

Inside Springfield

Permits through Building Development Services at 840 Boonville Ave. Contractors are city licensed, and you can verify one yourself in the business licence search before you sign.

Other incorporated towns

Republic, Nixa, Ozark, Willard, Battlefield, Strafford, Marshfield, Bolivar, Aurora, Branson and the rest each run their own building department. Different process, different fee, and Springfield’s licence search has no jurisdiction over them.

Unincorporated county

Greene County Resource Management and its equivalents in Christian, Webster, Polk and Lawrence. Agricultural structures often sit outside the permitting regime entirely, which is convenient and is also where unlicensed crews work.

Outside all of that?

Ring anyway. We turn work down on distance sometimes and we will tell you on the phone rather than after we have taken up your afternoon. On a replacement or a commercial job the drive rarely matters. On a small repair a long way out it does, and we would rather say so.
