The short version
This website has no contact forms, no newsletter signup and no shopping cart, so there is nothing on it that collects your personal information. You ring us, or you do not. If you ring us, we write down what we need to do the job and nothing else.
What this website collects
Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not combine them with anything else and we do not sell them.
We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no third-party marketing pixels. The site loads a web font from Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps on some pages; those services receive your IP address as a normal consequence of your browser requesting a file from them, and are governed by Google's own privacy terms rather than ours.
What we collect when you call us
Your name, phone number, property address, and what you told us about the roof. If we inspect, we take photographs of the property. If insurance is involved, we hold the claim number and correspondence relating to the scope of work.
We use that to schedule work, produce estimates, order material, obtain permits and support your insurance documentation. We share it only with the people who need it to do those things: our crews, our suppliers, the permitting authority, and your insurer or adjuster where you have asked us to provide documentation. We do not sell it, we do not rent it and we do not pass it to lead brokers.
Photographs
We photograph roofs we inspect and work on. Those photographs are used for the estimate, for your insurance documentation and for our own records. If we want to use a photograph of your property on this website or elsewhere, we ask you first. Say no and nothing happens; it will not affect anything.
How long we keep it
Job records and photographs are kept for seven years, which covers our workmanship warranty period and normal business record requirements. Enquiries that do not become jobs are cleared out within about two years.
Your choices
Ring us on (417) 469-6183 and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct something, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. The only exception is where we are legally required to keep a record, such as permit documentation.
Children
This is a roofing company. Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
