The April 28, 2026 supercell ran from Barry County northeast through Lawrence, Christian, Greene, Dallas, Webster, Laclede and Camden. Polk County is not on that list, and there is no significant Bolivar hail report in the NWS record for the date. Which is worth knowing, because Bolivar is thirty miles from a very well-publicised storm and that has brought a certain amount of door-knocking up here from crews who ran out of genuinely damaged roofs closer in.
